Sending a device to our after-sales service implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions. These conditions are subject to change without notice.

1. Contractual warranty period
1.1 Product warranty
All devices come with an initial two-year warranty. Exchanges are guaranteed for one year.
For devices out of warranty, repairs are guaranteed for 3 months from the invoice date. This warranty only applies if it is the same breakdown observed.

2. Conditions for the contractual guarantee
Only the copy of the original and unmodified purchase invoice issued to the customer (or receipt with legible date) is valid as proof of warranty with the exception of devices in store stock (supplier invoice or customer stock certificate taken into account ). Please note that the warranty cannot be applied to all incidental, special, indirect, consequential damages, whether they result from use, misuse (for example, accident, shock, etc.), or the inability to use this product, or from fault on the part of the customer resulting, for example, from use or installation that does not comply with the manufacturer’s specifications, from use that is harmful to the proper preservation of the device, from use at commercial or collective nature, the use of unsuitable peripherals, accessories or consumables.

Online auction confirmations are not accepted for warranty verification. Attention, any device received after its warranty period and for which the return agreement was requested before the end of the warranty, does not go under warranty

3. Sending defective products
An RMA number is mandatory. To obtain your RMA number, please contact our service support by email at sav@ssound.shop. This RMA number must be written next to the bulk and legible address on the package.
The return agreement must imperatively be in the package with a copy of the final customer invoice. The defective device and the must be ready quickly within 24 hours after the return agreement. If the device is under warranty, the shipping costs are exchanged by Sssound Shop within 1 month of receipt of the product. PLEASE NOTE: Any incomplete file will not be processed.
If the device is out of warranty, shipping costs cannot be refunded.

4. Management of defective returns

4.1Registration

TAny device received by La Poste or carrier will be subject to a computer check and must correspond to a repair sheet with an RMA number. Any accessory and supporting document accompanying the device will be noted there.

WARNING : Any device received without an RMA number will be returned as is without repair.

4.2 Diagnostic
The devices received are supported by our technical department. A fault diagnosis is established by the technicians. If the device is under warranty, it will be repaired or exchanged. If the device is out of warranty, an estimate is established by email or post to the customer sending the device.

4.3 Quote
Any device out of warranty or any breakdown not covered by the warranty will be the subject of a free written estimate containing the technician’s diagnosis. Following the problem encountered on the device, a repair or exchange proposal will be made according to the manufacturer’s conditions. It may be that in some cases no repair or exchange is possible.

4.4 Payment and quote agreement
The response to the estimate is taken into account only if the estimate is signed and stamped with the stamp of the store.

No repair or exchange is carried out without the written agreement of the customer. The usual payment terms apply for resellers on account with Ssound Shop.
Any quote that remains unanswered for 1 month from the date of its establishment is considered refused: the equipment will be returned in unrepaired condition.

4.5 Product under warranty
Any device whose breakdown falls within the scope of the guarantee is repaired or exchanged on presentation of the copy of the original and unmodified invoice. Please note that the device must be received within its warranty period, the date of receipt being taken as proof.

5. Return fees
Each customer sends his defective device(s) by the carrier of his choice. In the case of a device out of warranty, the device will be returned at the customer’s expense.
In the case of a device under warranty, we return the device at our expense. No deposit or withdrawal of equipment from the Technical Department is possible on our premises.

6. Repair times
Ssound Shop undertakes to repair or exchange the devices entrusted to it as soon as possible, i.e. less

7.Complaint
The devices travel at the risk and peril of the recipient. In the event of damage occurring during transport, it is the recipient’s responsibility to exercise any recourse against the carriers in accordance with Articles L 133-3 et s. of the Commercial Code and to inform us simultaneously in writing of the dispute.

Complaints concerning the quality of the goods (eg incomplete box, damaged …) excluding any transport dispute must be made immediately upon delivery when it is an apparent defect and within 72 hours of the said delivery or removal, when it is a defect not apparent at first sight.
All devices MUST be accompanied by a complete file: invoice in the NAME of the end customer (owner of the device).
